What an unexpected gem. A great Cafe set in the industrial area. Very nicely set out, relaxing ambience and soothing background music. Love the garden beds, filled with agave and frangipanis. Very inviting place to sit and take in the scenery while having a bite to eat. Fast friendly service. Prices are decent. Loved the food. We will back
Amazing food. We have Gado Gado and Nadia Campur. Absolutely delicious and looks really nice. Nice staff and good outdoor seatings.
Hidden away gem of a place with a relaxed atmosphere and quiet Balinese music playing. The Balinese food is very very good. Pictured is the Babi Guling which is always excellent and the Nasi Campur which was also delicious. Always a great choice for lunch when we are out this way, about 10mins from the Joondalup shopping centre.
A hidden gem in the area. We ordered beef rendang, salad with peanut sauce, satay chicken, and blueberry pancake. They were all delicious but we think the highlight was the chicken satay, tender, nice cuts, reasonable portion. Friendly service, food came out fairly quick, very clean and well maintained place, Balinese set up. Kids friendly and wheelchair accessible. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
Been to Haystack Cafe several times now great atmosphere, relaxing, great food and awesome customer service. And my favourite is the Nasi Goreng authentic Balinese food full flavour its even served on a banana leaf.
The food is always consistently good, which is a huge plus. They have all the standard breakfast items you'd expect, but what really sets them apart is the addition of some fantastic Indonesian dishes like mi goreng and nasi goreng. It's so great to have those options, and they're always prepared perfectly—so, so yum! The service is also wonderful and makes every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend!
We ordered the Haystack grilled chicken salad, Satay Bali Blueberry pancake, mixed berry smoothie & glow juice. The grilled chicken salad was well-balanced yet so healthy! The Satay Bali chicken skewers-oh my goodness! Massive fan of the satay flavour and unreal juiciness from the chicken, the Asian salad added a nice component with the crunchiness from the beansprout and herbs made it refreshing. FYl they serve massive portions! To finish off the meal; the blueberry pancake was unreal 10/10. Thank you for the food and service ! (:
We enjoyed our food, first time we've had Balinese cuisine. We had the curry chicken and satay, both full of flavour, right amount of spice. Presentation is gorgeous, it felt like we experienced Balinese culture. Their breakfast meals also looked incredible, we will come back to try more dishes.
